Return and Exchange Policy 


Being a small shop, we cannot offer refunds except in the case of a manufacturing defect. You can, however, exchange certain pieces for store credit. This includes bras, clothing, and accessories. We do not accept returns or exchanges on underwear or boyshorts for hygienic reasons. For that reason, please double-check your size before placing an order. You can find our size guide here. Please reach out if you have any questions about sizing—we’re always happy to help. 

 All sale or coupon-code discounted items are final sale. 

Start an Exchange

 
 To initiate an exchange, email us at hello@brookthere.com. From there, we’ll work with you to process your exchange. Do not ship the item back to us until we’ve confirmed your exchange by email. Exchange items must be in clean, new, and unwashed condition. We cannot accept exchanges that have deodorant or antiperspirant stains. 

 Once we receive your item in the mail, we’ll issue you store credit in the form of a coupon code and you can order your new item. This cannot be combined with other coupon codes or sales offers.

 We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been successfully delivered by USPS. We encourage you to have your package shipped to a secure location.
